Welcome to Ultimate Movement for Women

Ultimate Movement for Women provides expert-guided exercise physiology and personalised health coaching, designed exclusively for women with a strong focus on supporting women through perimenopause and post-menopause.

Our mission is to help women understand their changing bodies, train smarter (not harder), and regain strength, energy, and confidence through evidence-based movement and lifestyle strategies.

We specialise in women’s health across key life stages, including pre- and post-natal care, menopause, invisible illnesses like POTS and hEDS and the management of chronic conditions. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, noticing exercise no longer works the way it used to, or rebuilding strength after pregnancy, we provide clear, individualised guidance tailored to your body and your goals.

At Ultimate Movement for Women, we take a holistic and sustainable approach to health. All services are delivered via telehealth, making expert women’s health support accessible wherever you are. Through personalised care and ongoing support, we help women build strength, resilience, and confidence so they can thrive through every stage of life.

What is an Exercise Physiologist?

Exercise physiologists are highly trained healthcare professionals who complete a four-year university degree including postgraduate studies and specialise in how exercise affects the body and its systems. They use safe, evidence-based exercise as a clinical tool to improve health, support recovery, and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and osteoporosis.

Exercise physiologists work with people of all ages and abilities, designing individualised programs that consider medical history, injury, lifestyle, and importantly for women; hormonal and life-stage changes. Through targeted movement, education, and ongoing support, they help reduce pain, improve strength and fitness, and prevent future health issues.

Whether guiding rehabilitation after surgery, supporting long-term condition management, or helping women train and move well through pregnancy, menopause, and beyond, exercise physiologists focus on sustainable, measurable outcomes.

In short: we use exercise as medicine to support long-term health, function, and confidence.

All women - but in particular:

  • Women in peri- and post-menopause - we offer our signature Menopause Mastery Program

  • Pre-conception and those undergoing IVF

  • Pre-natal, during pregnancy exercise advice

  • Gestational diabetes

  • Post-natal return to exercise

  • Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS)

  • Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)

  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

  • Osteopenia and osteoporosis

  • Female athletes wanting to learn how to maximise the training around their menstrual cycle

  • Women with increased risk of heart disease or those with heart disease

All programs are individualised and evidence-based, recognising that women’s physiology, hormones, and life stages require a different approach.

Client reviews

Working with Liz during perimenopause has been life-changing! She took the time to understand my symptoms and concerns and gave me a clear and easy to follow plan. She also gave me the right information to take to my doctor to help me advocate for help from them with my management of my symptoms. I would recommend anyone struggling with perimenopause to book in with Liz.

- Sarah

Liz is an absolute wealth of knowledge when training in and around hormones. I finally feel like for the first time in my life, I'm working WITH my body, not against it. And properly fueling myself to be able to achieve all the goals I have set out. Can't wait to see what else I can achieve while working with Liz.

- Tegan

Liz has set me up with a great exercise program that has considered the demands of different stages of my menstrual cycle, previous injuries and the kind of exercise I enjoy. On top of this, the program also considers how much time I realistically have in order to be consistent with exercise, and also is in line with my goals of return to running and netball. I highly recommend Liz to women who are wanting a specialised exercise program that is tailored to them and their goals.
