Exercise Physiology Assessment


At Ultimate Movement for Women, our telehealth exercise physiology sessions provide personalized care from the comfort of your home. We craft individualized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs and goals, ensuring a meaningful and supportive experience.

What to Expect:

Before Your Appointment:
Complete online screening forms to give us insight into your health, history, and goals.

During Your Initial Session:
We'll discuss:

  • Your health history, including past conditions, injuries, or surgeries.

  • Women’s health topics like pregnancy, post-natal recovery, menstrual cycles, post surgery i.e. hysterectomy or pelvic floor health.

  • Your activity levels, preferences, and goals.

  • You may also be asked to complete a guided movement assessment via video.

After Your Appointment:
We’ll develop a customized treatment plan and exercise program for you. Follow-up appointments are typically recommended within 1–2 weeks to assess progress and adjust as needed.

From there, it’s your time to put the plan into action! We’ll continue to guide and support you through regular telehealth check-ins, but your commitment will drive your progress. Typically, we recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment within 1–2 weeks to evaluate how the initial plan is working for you and make adjustments as needed.

Follow-Up Appointment

At Ultimate Movement for Women, follow-up appointments are a vital part of your journey to improved health and well-being. These sessions are designed to track your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your treatment plan to keep you on the path to success.

During your follow-up telehealth appointment, we will:

  • Review your progress: Discuss how you’ve been feeling, any changes you’ve noticed, and your experience with the home-based exercise program.

  • Refine your treatment plan: Based on your feedback and progress, we’ll adjust your exercise program and treatment plan to better align with your goals and current needs.

  • Answer your questions: Address any concerns or obstacles you’ve encountered, ensuring you feel confident moving forward.

  • Focus on progression: Introduce new exercises or techniques as needed to help you continue building strength, resilience, and confidence.

Our follow-up sessions are flexible and tailored to your unique circumstances, whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering postnatally, or working toward specific health and fitness goals.

Together, we’ll keep refining your plan to ensure sustainable and effective results—all while providing the expert guidance and support you need to thrive.

Embrace the changes of perimenopause and post-menopause with confidence and vitality. Our expert-led program is designed to support you through this transformative phase, enhancing physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.

What to expect:

  • Individualised Exercise Plans: Tailored to your fitness level, goals, and preferences, ensuring a sustainable and enjoyable routine.

  • Holistic Health Approach: Incorporating strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, and mental wellness strategies.

  • Ongoing Support: Weekly check-ins and adjustments to your plan, keeping you motivated and on track to meet your goals.

  • Expert Guidance: Access to qualified exercise physiologists specialising in women's health.

Our program is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique needs of women during menopause. We understand the physical and emotional changes you’re experiencing and are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Cost: Initial Assessment of $180 and 5 x fortnightly payments of $160
